Now is the perfect time for you to join us in 2013! (Join/Renew online) Our annual membership drive is underway and we would be honored to have your support this year. Over the past year, membership funds have allowed us to:

• Work with the PTA to organize a very successful spring cleanup of the grounds. Over 100 students, parents and alumni converged on Benson’s grounds to mow, edge, prune, mulch and wash our way to a more beautiful campus.
• Support Benson athletics through the Alumni Band. The Alumni Band played many events including three games at the Boys Basketball State Tournament in Eugene and Benson Homecoming 2012 at historic Buckman Field.
• Provide you with the latest Benson news. Whether by email, website, Facebook, LinkedIn or mail, we make it easy for you to stay informed about what’s happening.
• Host a great Benson Community Picnic at Blue Lake Park. Free hamburgers and hot dogs, face painting, games and beautiful weather made for another great event.
• Greet hundreds of returning alumni in the Alumni Room at Tech Show. We enjoyed coffee and cookies while catching up with old friends, perusing nearly 100 years of yearbooks, and watching demonstrations by the Robotics Club.
• Celebrate Teacher Appreciation Day with a donation of food for Benson staff.
• Assist classes with their reunions by providing a central place for online reunion postings and getting the word out to the alumni members in our database.
